Digitemp-E Wireless – Heraeus Electro-Nite
DigiTemp-E responds to the growing need for integration of new electronic technologies in terms of both hardware and interfaces. DigiTemp-E Wireless measures and analyzes the temperature in steel, iron and molten non-ferrous metals. The sensors are connected to the equipment via the manually operated QUBE Wireless lances or with conventional wired lances.
The DigiTemp-E Wireless from Heraeus Electro-Nite receives signal from the QUBE T wireless lance. It has an analog input for conventional wired lances. The non-reflective 45mm display, with wireless connection and indication of signal strength, has a LED indication of the measuring sequence. It also has high measurement accuracy through a high-resolution A/D converter, curves for S, R, B, K and D thermocouple types, detection and interpretation of measurement errors and automatic measurement recognition test.

Temperature sensors - Type K - Marshall
Marshall thermocouple sensors are suitable for temperature measurement in liquid metals up to a maximum of 1350 ° C.
K Marshall thermocouples are robust and reliable sensors for measurement in aluminum, bronze, brass and copper (alloy) castings. Constructed in steel coated with a thin layer of graphite, they can be used directly in the liquid metal without preheating.
