Dust concentration measuring system.

The DUSTHUNTER T200 is a type-approved measuring device for dust at medium to high concentrations. Basic measuring value is transmittance. Opacity and extinction can be calculated and displayed as well as the dust concentration after gravimetric calibration. Furthermore, it has an integrated contamination check of the sender-receiver and reflector unit as well as an automatic self-alignment of the optical assembly.

The FWE200DH dust measuring device is designed to continuously measure dust concentrations in wet flue gas. The gas is extracted via a sampling probe and heated above dew point. Droplets in the gas are vaporized, making it impossible for them to falsify the measurement results. The highly sensitive scattered light measurement principle enables even very low dust concentrations to be measured.

The FWE200DH meets the requirements of EN 14181 and EN 15267.

The DUSTHUNTER C200 is a type-approved measuring device which combines the advantages of the measuring principles transmittance and scattered light forward. Therefore, it is ideal for measurement of very low to high dust concentrations.

The automatic self-alignment optimizes the position of the measuring beam and prevents incorrect measurement. An automatic check of zero and reference point as well as a contamination monitoring is integrated in the device.

Exhaust gases from cement production or similar applications are usually loaded with dust particles. Environmental protection legislation requires that the dust is removed before the gas is released into the atmosphere.
 
The SICK dust monitor DUSTHUNTER SP100 measures even low dust concentrations and thus detects any filter errors. An automatic zero and reference point check is integrated to reduce the need for maintenance.

With the FLOWSIC100 Process gas flow measurement devices, measurements can be taken at pressures up to 16 bar – even in zone 2 explosive environments.
 
The sender/receiver units are available as hermetically sealed designs made of stainless steel or titanium. The standard system contains an MCU control unit and 2 sender/receiver units or a single measuring probe. The MCU is used for signal input and output and to calculate reference values (standardization) or mass flow. It also serves as a user-friendly LCD interface.

The Combiprobe CP100 is the combination of a DUSTHUNTER SP100 scattered light dust measuring device and a FLOWSIC100 PR volume flow measuring device on a flange plate. The combined probe also features a pressure transmitter and a resistance thermometer. The Combiprobe CP100 only requires a single mounting opening in the funnel in order to measure the dust concentration, volume flow, pressure and temperature. This means that there is considerably less outlay on installation than if the individual components were to be installed separately.

The DUSTHUNTER SB50 is a measuring device for dust at low to high concentrations in challenging applications, e.g. in hot or corrosive gases. The measurement is based on the backward scattering of light. Installation is made from one side only. Two different penetration depths are possible. Automatic compensation of background light, therefore no light absorber necessary.

The DUSTHUNTER SB100 is a type-approved measuring device for dust at very low to high concentrations in challenging applications, e.g. in hot or corrosive gases. The measurement is based on the backward scattering of light. Installation is made from one side only.
Two different penetration depths are possible. Automatic compensation of background light, therefore no light absorber necessary. An automatic check of zero and reference point as well as a contamination monitoring is integrated in the device.

The Dusthunter SP30 is a measuring device which reliably detects very low to high dust content.
 
The measurement is based on the forward scattering of light and is independent of the gas velocity and particle charge. The automated monitoring of the zero and reference point ensures a high level of accuracy.
