Application
  • The application is submitted electronically via the IEFP Online portal and will only be approved if it complies with the terms set out in the Specific Regulation of the measure;

  • Each application covers only one training action and must comply with the assumptions and possibilities set out in point 2.3.2 of the Specific Regulation of the measure;

  • Vocational training must be delivered by a Training Provider certified by the Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations (DGERT), as is the case with F. Fonseca;

  • Applicants may submit sequential applications, but not simultaneous ones. They must wait for the completion of one process before, if they so wish, submitting a new application. Completion of a process is understood as the moment when the applicant submits the request to close the application/process, attaching all the necessary documents so that payment of the support can be processed. In other words, a new application may be submitted even if the closure request has not yet been completed or payment has not yet been received;

  • Applications are approved up to the annual budget allocation limit, with a maximum support amount of €750 per beneficiary per year.
Training areas

Candidates have the opportunity to choose from a variety of training areas related to new technologies. These include, but are not limited to: Productivity and collaboration tools, Industry 4.0, Programming, Robotics and Automation.
Eligible expenses

Costs directly arising from the enrolment, attendance and/or certification of the training, demonstrably borne by the applicant and paid to the respective training provider.

Payment of the support

A single full payment of the approved support under the application is made after completion of the vocational training action, upon presentation of the Vocational Training Certificate, issued by F. Fonseca through the SIGO platform. This payment is the responsibility of IEFP.

information

Applications are only for employees (not for organisations). The employee may apply for multiple courses, provided that the total amount does not exceed €750.

Additional information
Applicants for the Training Voucher + Digital must enrol in and pay for the training directly with F. Fonseca. If the application is approved, IEFP will proceed with the payment of the respective amount directly to the applicant. F. Fonseca does not intervene at any stage of the trainees’ application process and is therefore entirely separate from the process between both parties (Applicant and IEFP);

F. Fonseca is a company certified by DGERT. For this reason, applications for F. Fonseca courses must be submitted explicitly referring to its name.
