Extractive gas analyzers MCS300P HW - Endress+Hauser

The MCS300P HW is a hot/wet extractive analyzer system for measuring gases.
It detects IR- or VIS-active components with variable measuring ranges for monitoring and regulating combustion processes and exhaust gas purification systems. The heated system components prevent the water and acid dew points from being undercut.

Fixed gas analyser MCS100FT - Endress+Hauser

FTIR multi-component analyzing system, for emissions and raw gas monitoring - also with high acid dew point measuring ranges

The FTIR measuring principle allows the simultaneous determination of more than 10 measuring components - tailor made for the particular requirements of the customer. The MCS100FT with its heated measuring cell enables the monitoring of hydrogen fluoride limits as requested by legislation.

The MCS100FT is equipped with an oxygen sensor as standard and can be supplemented with a total hydrocarbon analyzer. With its very reliable measuring technology, its comfortable operation and the low maintenance effort, the MCS100FT provides a careless package that offers unequalled opportunities.

Variants MCS100E CD - Analyzer system with sample gas cooler;  MCS100E HW - Analyzer system with hot measurement technology;  MCS100E PD - Analyzer system with permeation dryer;  MERCEM - Continuous emission monitoring system for mercury.

Fixed gas oxigen analyser TRANSIC100LP - Endress+Hauser

TRANSIC100LP is a fixed gas oxigen analyzer from Endress+Hauser ideally suitable for oxygen monitoring in moist and aggressive process gases.

The compact gas spectrometer is based on a tunable diode laser. This measurement technology is well known for unmatched stability and durability. In many applications, the TRANSIC100LP can be flange mounted directly into a process.

This results in real-time measuring values. For processes with high temperatures and pressures or at difficult mounting conditions TRANSIC100LP can be configured with an optional sample cell close to the process in the slip stream.

Gas analyser PowerCEMS100 - Endress+Hauser

PowerCEMS100 - High-performance, future-proof CEMS for emission measurement.

The PowerCEMS100 continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) is an economically and technically perfect solution for extractive measurement tasks. This all-in-one system comprises high-quality standard assemblies and components and can be adapted to the application-specific requirements thanks to its modular system design. Retrofitting analyzer modules or gas conditioners is easy and inexpensive. The innovative PowerCEMS100 system is certified according to European standards EN 15267-1/-3 and EN 14181, and offers future-proof solutions for emission measurement and process applications.

IN SITU gas analyser GM32 - Endress+Hauser

The GM32 is a In situ gas analyzer for SO2, NO, NO2, NH3, Temp., O2 (Option)

The GM32 in-situ gas analyzer measures the reactive gases SO2, NO, NO2 and NH3 as well as pressure and temperature in the gas duct - directly, fast and without gas sampling and transport. With this your process systems work with the true values in “real time”. Thanks to self-monitoring you can rely on the measurement results at any time. And in case of a malfunction an early warning will be shown in time. For emission measurement of SO2 and NO, GM32 is tested for suitability according to the new European standard EN 15267-3.

IN SITU gas analyser GM35 - Endress+Hauser

GM 35 In situ gas analyzer for carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and water.
Either simultaneously or as individual measurements: the GM35 measures CO, CO2 and humidity concentrations as well as temperature and pressure quickly, easily and economically. Due to its in-situ measurement technology the GM35 detects the measuring values directly in the gas stream without gas sampling. Reliability, precision and short response time of the analyzer offer a key advantage for efficient control loops in all CO and CO2 generating processes.

IN SITU gas analyser GM700 - Endress+Hauser

Measurement of gaseous components under difficult conditions In-situ and extractive technology.

High reliability and precision as well as minimal response times are the distinguishing features of the GM700 Laser gas analyzer. Based on the principle of TDLS and by using specific light absorption the GM700 from Endress+Hauser is able to measure several gas components, such as NH3, HF, O2 or HCl.

The in-situ measurement is ideal for the fast determination of gas concentrations in process control and emission monitoring.

Mercury measuring analysers MERCEM300Z - Endress+Hauser

Innovative measurement of mercury in flue gases.

The MERCEM300Z mercury measuring system from Endress+Hauser, monitors Hg emissions in flue gases with high reliability within the smallest measuring ranges (0 ... 10 µg/m³).

Due to its rugged housing, MERCEM300Z is suitable for the use in harsh industrial environments. Thereby the complete extractive system is designed to meet national and international regulations and directives.
