Objectives and Activities:
Within the scope of the present operation, a set of measures aimed at sustainability and energy rehabilitation is planned.
The project involves rehabilitating and improving the building’s energy efficiency, enabling the achievement of multiple goals, namely improving comfort levels for its users – particularly thermal comfort – improving indoor air quality, promoting health benefits, enhancing workplace productivity, extending the building’s lifespan, increasing resilience, reducing energy bills and national energy dependence, as well as reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
In this context, measures will be implemented to promote energy efficiency and strengthen the production of renewable energy for self-consumption, thereby contributing to improved energy and environmental performance of the building.
 
 
Improvement Measures / Typologies:

• Implementation of a GTC energy management system
• Application of thermal insulation on roofs
• Installation and replacement of HVAC systems
• Installation of eco-friendly taps
• Installation of a photovoltaic solar system
• Carrying out energy audits and issuing ex-ante and ex-post energy certificates

 
 Result Indicators:

• 13.12 toe/year reduction in annual primary energy consumption
• 15.25 tCO2eq estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions
• 4662 m² of area
• 45.45 kW installed capacity of renewable self-consumption electricity production systems
• 0 m³/year annual reduction in water consumption
