F.Fonseca is one of the 10 happiest companies in Portugal!
At F.Fonseca, we are proud to be partners in the Portuguese economy for almost 40 years. With the technology and innovation of the brands we represent and market, many of them world leaders, we actively contribute to the growth, modernization and safety of the national industry.
But our people are the most valuable resource we have. The development, affection and respect we have and promote with our 53 employees has allowed us to achieve the recognition and satisfaction of Customers and Suppliers as well as successive awards.
The last of which fills us with special pride. The Happiness Works 2017 study shows us that we are one of the 10 happiest companies in Portugal!
The bet on healthy and optimistic employees is part of our culture. Healthy mind in healthy body is one of our mottos. That's why we put at the disposal of our people a gymnasium and a team of physiotherapists and doctors. In addition to various perks and performance bonuses, all employees also enjoy health insurance that extends to their immediate family members.
To the joy and good disposition of our work environment we combine the requirement and the differentiating knowledge. The focus on high-level training is continuous.
Internal events are numerous, from the commemoration of the popular saints to the traditional team building activity by the time of the worker's day. In the living room or in another space of our organization we always celebrate successes with pomp and circumstance.
