F.Fonseca introduces the Flexi Compact safety controller by SICK
The SICK Flexi Compact safety controller is based on a future-proof technology platform and can be programmed via software. Thanks to its modularity, it can be optimally configured for a wide range of application requirements and its compact construction allows it to be installed in a small space.
Flexi Compact is characterized by high usability: Planning and commissioning is quick and easy using the intuitive configuration software Safety Designer and a user-friendly body. Diagnostic data are made available via the most common field buses. Faster production startup, higher machine availability and extended functions such as safe serial connection with Flexi Loop increase productivity and efficiency over the life cycle of the machine.
SICK's Flexi Compact safety controller is suitable for use on various types of machines, such as machines that require medium to complex safety logic and or with a large number of doors, flaps or decentralized safety paths that require guarding, such as packaging machines.
