Murrelektronik's 3 connector ranges for the food and beverage industry are IP66k or IP69k. The M12 cable line with M12 F&B Steel stainless steel plug is ideally applied in areas where the plastic connectors reach their resistance limit. Suitable for zone 1 (contact with food) and zone 2 (contact with cleaning agents), they provide IP69k protection and resistance to high pressure washing.
 
The M12 F&B PP-Line cable line was designed based on the latest requirements of the European agency EHEDG. Made of blue polypropylene, they are suitable for zones 1 and 2 where they meet the most demanding cleaning and hygiene needs and are prepared for direct contact with food without risks of absorption or products contamination.
 
For zone 3, where there is no longer any possibility of contact with food, Murrelektronik developed the M12 F&B Plus line, with a stainless steel plug suitable for normal cleaning processes and light use of cleaning agents.
 
To close the cycle and assist in collecting the signals that we intend to take to the electrical panel, Murrelektronik has signal concentration solutions, entirely in stainless steel and with IP69k protection, either with an integrated industrial network or with discrete signals.
