These AI models can be applied to both the robotic arm and machine vision, thus forming a powerful combination of arm (cobot), eye (machine vision), and brain (AI). TM AI+ Trainer offers an intuitive graphical interface that makes it easy to learn and use the tool. As browser-based software, it is accessible from any web browser. The software utilizes advanced AI vision technologies, including optical character recognition (OCR), anomaly detection, classification, object detection, and semantic segmentation. Data security is ensured through local storage of all image data used in AI training, protecting confidential company information.
The training process in TM AI+ Trainer is simplified and consists of four steps:
1. Image collection: capturing multiple photos of the object and uploading them to the TM AI+ Trainer.
2. Annotation: labelling the uploaded images to provide sample data for training.
3. Training: configuring the training parameters and starting the process, followed by evaluation of the results.
4. Implementation: download the trained AI model to the TM AI Cobot or an external camera and start AI inference.
