The Professional Training Center for the Metallurgical and Metalworking Industry is a national protocol center that promotes the training, guidance and professional development of human resources in the metallurgical, metalworking and electromechanical sector, with 13 centers distributed throughout the country. To respond to the constant requests in this area, F. Fonseca established a collaboration protocol with the Oliveira de Azeméis nucleus. Created in 1987, the implementation of this nucleus was due to the agglomeration of metal-mechanical industries, mainly the mold industry and its need for qualified and specialized labor to satisfy the levels of rigor, precision and technological demand.
