Soft starters - SI-HDN - Solcon-IGEL

The SI-HDN Soft Starter was developed to start motors in the most demanding applications. Advance features such as enhanced motor protection, starting curves, unique voltage measurement and many years of field proven reliability makes the SI-HDN the best choice for starting medium voltage motors.

The SI-HDN is a third generation, digital, Medium Voltage Soft Starter, designed for use with standard MV asynchronous and synchronous motors. This highly sophisticated soft starter ensures smooth, step-less acceleration and deceleration, eliminating high inrush current and damaging mechanical torque on startup and mechanical wear on stopping.
