Industrial managed switch EKI-8528-4XF - Advantech

The EKI-8528-4XF from Advantech, is a 19-inch rackmount modular Layer 3 managed industrial Ethernet switch designed for medium to large-scale industrial networking infrastructures. It provides up to 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports through three hot-swappable 8-port modules and features four fixed 10GbE SFP+ uplink interfaces for high-bandwidth backbone connectivity.
As a distribution-level Layer 3 switch, the EKI-8528-4XF supports advanced dynamic routing protocols including RIPv1/v2, OSPFv2/v3, VRRP, PIM, and NAT, enabling efficient traffic segmentation and high-performance data exchange across complex industrial networks. With a routing table capacity of up to 4.5K entries, it ensures stable and scalable inter-network communication.

The modular architecture from Advantech allows flexible selection of Ethernet interface modules (RJ45 or SFP) and dual hot-swappable power supply modules (24/48 VDC or 110/220 VAC/VDC), making it suitable for critical applications such as power substations, transportation systems, and large-scale industrial automation environments.
