RV-12CRL robot - Mitsubishi Electric

The Mitsubishi Electric RV-12CRL is a new, versatile industrial robot in the MELFA RV-CR series. It is a 6-axis vertical articulated robot with a 12kg payload. A key feature is its long reach of 1504 mm, the longest in its compact robot family. It boasts built-in signal wiring and air piping for clean integration. With improved J6 wrist speed and strength, it is ideal for tasks like machine tending and screwing.

It is compatible with the CR800 controller, enhancing functionality without extra cost. Advantages include greater handling capacity, increased flexibility, simplified integration, and enhanced efficiency. Its applications span pick and place, palletizing, material handling, machine tending, and screwing. The robot's design includes a beltless drive (excluding J5) for better reliability and easier maintenance, and a battery-less motor, reducing upkeep. Its protrusionless structure minimizes possible interferences.
