Robot RV-8CRL - Mitsubishi Electric
In order to complement its range, Mitsubishi has been working in recent years on the development of Compact robots.
With this new family it’s possible to offer a more compact solution in their size, but also more economical than the standard series. Creating their derivation from the CR series, last year 2 new models were launched in the Scara version (RH) and this year, with the launch of the RV-8CRL model, the RV version is included, maintaining all the quality standards we know.

RV-12CRL robot - Mitsubishi Electric
The Mitsubishi Electric RV-12CRL is a new, versatile industrial robot in the MELFA RV-CR series. It is a 6-axis vertical articulated robot with a 12kg payload. A key feature is its long reach of 1504 mm, the longest in its compact robot family. It boasts built-in signal wiring and air piping for clean integration. With improved J6 wrist speed and strength, it is ideal for tasks like machine tending and screwing.
It is compatible with the CR800 controller, enhancing functionality without extra cost. Advantages include greater handling capacity, increased flexibility, simplified integration, and enhanced efficiency. Its applications span pick and place, palletizing, material handling, machine tending, and screwing. The robot's design includes a beltless drive (excluding J5) for better reliability and easier maintenance, and a battery-less motor, reducing upkeep. Its protrusionless structure minimizes possible interferences.

Vertical robot type RV-F series - Mitsubishi Electric
The RV-F series presente a highly dynamic 6-axis articulated robot with a high degree of quality and reliability.
The double arm structure not only provides an advantage in terms of freedom of movement, but also more stability and versatility. Depending on the model, the robots are prepared to withstand loads of 2 to 70 kilograms and working distances of 504 to 2055 millimeters. Working in confined spaces, and installed in the wall or ceiling, is no problem for the RV-F series.
The double arm structure not only provides an advantage in terms of freedom of movement, but also more stability and versatility. Depending on the model, the robots are prepared to withstand loads of 2 to 70 kilograms and working distances of 504 to 2055 millimeters.
