Safety relays – SICK

SICK safety relays family has up to 14 different solutions to enable the connection to all kind of safety sensors – the best solution for your needs.
Safety sensors include a wide variety of products, from the single-channel emergency stop pushbutton up to a safety laser scanner with digital safe outputs. All types of safety sensors can be connected with the SICK safety relays. The extensive assortment delivers appropriate solutions for versatile applications.

Safety switch with magnetic locking MLP1 - SICK

The MLP1 is a transponder safety switch with magnetic locking which ensures reliable process protection for partially or fully automated production systems. It works with non-contact actuators and is used to monitor movable physical guards. Thanks to reliable door monitoring (Performance Level e), the MLP1 ensures a high level of safety of machine systems without overrun movement, preventing unauthorized access and therefore unplanned process interruption.

Safety switches with separate actuator - SICK

Electro-mechanical safety switches economically and reliably monitor movable guards. SICK´S portfolio of electro-mechanical safety switches contains four product groups: safety position switches, safety hinge switches, safety switches with separate actuator and safety locking devices. This enables users to choose the appropriate solution for a variety of different applications. When combined with sens: Control – safe control solutions – SICK offers complete solutions from a single source.

Safety switches with a separate actuator are made up of two parts: a safety switch that is mounted on the fixed part and an actuator that is mounted on the mobile part of the guard.

safeVisionary2 3D safety camera – SICK

With the world‘s first 3D time-of-flight camera with performance level c safety certification, SICK opens up new dimensions in safety technology. safeVisionary2 allows a safe three-dimensional environment perception which you can use to increase the safety and efficiency of your applications.

Thanks to the precise measurement data, the camera also reliably solves automation tasks thus eliminating the need for you to purchase additional hardware components. safeVisionary2 has a compact, rugged design and can be versatilely and reliably employed for everyday industrial use.

Single-beam photoelectric safety switch L41 - SICK

Single-beam photoelectric safety switches from SICK offer maximum safety performance. They comprise self-testing senders and receivers or testable senders and receivers combined with an evaluation unit. They have long ranges and come in a variety of types and sizes. They comply with Type 2 and/or Type 4 in according with EN 61496, and PL c and/or PL e in according with EN ISO 13849. Applications include robots, processing machinery, machining centers, palletizers, high-bay warehouses and transfer lines.

The L41 single-beam photoelectric safety switch consists of a sender and receiver.

Single-beam photoelectric safety switches L25 - SICK

The L25 product families from SICK represent a new generation of single-beam photoelectric safety switch for type 2 applications, which, in combination with an external test device, facilitate operations and make processes safer and more efficient.

Thanks to the innovative BluePilot operating concept with feedback LED, the alignment of sender and receiver is easier than ever. Smart Sensor diagnostic functions provide insight into the status of each individual sensor at all times, thus creating the basis for efficient communication. Thanks to the ultra rugged VISTAL® housing and predictive maintenance, the L25 are extremely reliable and prevent unscheduled machine downtime.

Single-beam photoelectric safety switches L26 - SICK

The L26 product families from SICK represent a new generation of single-beam photoelectric safety switch for type 2 applications, which, in combination with an external test device, facilitate operations and make processes safer and more efficient.
