With diverse volume flow measuring devices SICK provides solutions for a wide variety of measuring tasks - from calculating volume flows in processes, custody transfer applications in natural gas industry, environmental monitoring of plants, on test stands in automotive industry and many others.

The product family FLOWSIC100 was designed for emission monitoring tasks. The "H" versions are suitable for stacks with large diameters and applications with high dust content. The "M" versions are especially suited for stacks with medium diameter. The ultrasonic transducers of the "PR" probe type are mounted with fixed path length on one sender/receiver unit (measuring probe). The "AC" versions have an innovative internal cooling and are suitable for gas temperatures up to 450 °C. The purged "Px" versions are used for gases with high concentrations of sticky or wet dust.

The cutting-edge technology for ultimate measurement accuracy: The new FLOWSIC500 ultrasonic compact gas meter from Sick enables highly accurate metering in natural gas distribution. In absence of mechanical moving parts, the FLOWSIC500 is a robust, fail-safe and low-maintenance device - allowing for a significant reduction in operating costs. It is overload-proof, accurate and is monitored by an intelligent diagnostics system.
 
Recalibration is simple and straightforward by replacing the cartridge. FLOWSIC500 can easily be integrated into existing measuring stations.

Every day natural gas flows in great quantities through pipelines or into storage facilities, thus changing owners. Precise gas quantity measurement is of the utmost importance, as even very small measurement errors could result in substantial economic loss. In addition, challenging ambient measurement conditions often play a decisive role. Moisture, ice, cold, heat and desert sand place great demands on the instruments in the field. This is why a gas flow meter is needed that is both accurate and reliable.

The FLOWSIC600-XT is available in variants with 4, 4+1, 4+4 and 8 measurement paths to meet the requirements of every application, whether it’s being used as a stand-alone or system solution. In addition to the OIML R 137 Class 1.0 requirements, the FLOWSIC600-XT meets the requirements of Class 0.5 and AGA9 in their entirety.
