Low pressure test pump ADT901A - Additel

The ADT901A is a very stable, low pressure manual test pump designed to generate pressures between -0.4 to 0.4 bar.

Pressure control is done by a high quality screw that allows fine adjustment with a resolution of 0.001 mbar. Its isothermal chamber is designed to reduce the possible effects of changing ambient temperatures. Most pumps use check valves (non-return valves) and are not well insulated, which causes large fluctuations in pressure with changing ambient temperatures or when touching the unit. The ADT901A does not use a check valve and is notably more stable. It comes with two quick-release connectors that make it easy to connect sensors, avoiding the use of Teflon tape or tightening wrenches.

As the smallest and lightest process calibrator on the market, the ADT 226 brings a new interface to the world of process calibrators. This series improves reading accuracy levels, including electrical accuracy of 0.015% RD + 0.005% FS, static differential pressure accuracy of 0.002% FS and overall improvements in temperature measurement accuracy. Improvements include cold junction compensation specifications on thermocouples and stabilization time.

Multifunction process calibrator ADT227 - Additel

The ADT227 is Additel's new multifunctional documentation process calibrator that takes portability, functionality and accuracy to a new level and completes the offering with a very easy-to-use color touch screen.

This series includes a documentating pressure calibrator (ADT227) and a documentating process calibrator with HART communication (ADT227-HART). As an option, each calibrator can come with ATEX certification (ADT227Ex) allowing calibrations to be carried out in the most demanding environments.
Being the smallest and lightest process calibrator on the market, it allows readings to be clearly visible thanks to its color LCD screen. All models guarantee IP67 with test drops from 1m high, 4G vibrations, xenon exposure and 130g steel ball drop tests on the display.

Pneumatic high-pressure test pump ADT920 - Additel

The 920 High Pressure Test Pump is a hand operated pressure pump designed to generate pressure from 95% vacuum to 3,000psi (200bar). With a long lever, it just takes 40 seconds to reach 3,000 psi (200 bar).

A high-quality screw press is designed for fine pressure adjustment, with an adjustment resolution up to 10 Pa (0.1 mbar). A specially designed shut-off valve makes the pressure as stable as possible during calibration. A built-in gas-liquid isolator protects the pump from moisture and dirt to reduce the need for maintenance. The residual liquid in the pump introduced from devices under test will be pushed out and collected during pressure release. Two hand-tight quick connectors installed on the pump allow easy connecting and disconnecting to the test pump without the need for PTFE tape or wrenches. The 920 is an ideal comparison test pump for pressure instruments calibration.
