ADT710 automated gauge reader - Additel

The Additel ADT710 Automated Gauge Reader is a new visual recognition system for analogue and digital pressure gauges, developed to automate the calibration of pressure devices and designed for metrology laboratories and production environments.

When used together with an Additel pressure controller and ACal software, the system simplifies the entire test sequence, including intelligent camera alignment, real-time gauge recognition and automatic tapping for pointer stabilisation. This solution eliminates manual interpretation and human error, significantly increasing throughput, consistency and efficiency in high-volume instrumentation maintenance operations.

Designed to ensure high versatility regarding devices under test, the ADT710 supports pressure gauges with radial and axial connection configurations through its easily adjustable connection arm. The proprietary recognition engine can also operate with inner and outer scales on dual-scale gauges. Instrumentation professionals can further optimise the automated pressure gauge calibration workflow through the integrated barcode and QR code scanner for immediate asset identification, quick-change threaded adapters (NPT, BSP, metric) and rapid production scalability with the multi-unit cascade operating function, which allows the simultaneous operation of up to ten units. These features make the ADT710 Automated Gauge Reader a reference choice for calibration laboratories seeking repeatable, high-accuracy results.
