A Steinel apresentou ao mercado um mundo novo onde os sentidos tomam a dianteira, sendo guiados pelos inovadores sensores da marca alemã. Magnetic cylinder sensor MZCG from Sick

A F.Fonseca presents magnetic cylinder sensor MZCG from Sick   Extremely short cylinder sensor for pneumatic grippers and miniature cylinders. The MZCG magnetic cylinder sensor detects the piston position in pneumatic grippers and pneumatic miniature cylinders. Thanks to its very small design, the MZCG is particularly well-suited for the C-slots of very small pneumatic actuators such as are used in handling and assembly, robotics or the electronics industry. The sensor is simply inserted in the C-slot and can be quickly and safely fastened on the cylinder. The MZCG fits in a wide range of C-slots of various manufacturers due to its universal housing design. This reduces storage costs, enables flexible machine design and easier service. Specially designed for pneumatic grippers and miniature cylinders The MZCG magnetic cylinder sensor from SICK is specially designed for the detection of piston position in pneumatic grippers and miniature cylinders with C-slots, which are used in handling and assembly, robotics and the electronics industry, to name a few examples. This tiny device shows its true might anywhere space is limited.   The MZCG fits in a wide range of C-slots of the most common gripper and cylinder manufacturers due to its universal housing design. This reduces storage costs, enables flexible machine design and simplifies service.   Quick and easy mounting, minimal space requirements Thanks to the universal construction, the MZCG can be easily inserted into the C-slot from above. The new fixing concept with a non-detachable screw ensures quick and secure fixing in C-slots. A housing of only 12.2 mm and a 90° rotated radial cable connection allows flexible mounting if space is tight. With 5 DIN formats, controls temperature, pressure and other process variables.   The diraTRON are characterized by a simple, clearly structured operation, supported with texts. Process values are represented by two 18-segment LCD displays. The types 702112, 702113 and 702114 are additionally equipped with a pixel matrix LCD display for displaying text. In addition, all devices have individual display elements for the switch positions of the outputs as well as for manual mode, ramp function and timer. The devices are operated using a membrane keyboard with four buttons and can be used under harsh environmental influences thanks to the high IP65 protection type. Depending on the hardware design, the devices can be used as two-state controllers, three-state controllers, three-step controllers, or continuous controllers. The basic type includes auto tuning, a ramp function, a program controller, manual mode, limit value monitoring functions, digital control signals, extensive timer functions and a service counter. A math and logic function is also available as an option. Furthermore, the user has the option to create his own application using structured text (ST code). The devices can be conveniently configured using a PC with the help of the setup program (incl. program editor and ST editor). No separate voltage supply is required when configuring via the USB interface (USB-powered).

New brand - Collaborative robots/cobost from Techman Robot

Techman Robot and F.Fonseca Partnership to Explore the Market in Portugal and Accelerate New Opportunities in Automation.   F.Fonseca has obtained the rights for the distribution for Portugal of the TM Cobots from Techman Robot. This Taiwanese manufacturer develops and produces cobots which are equipped with integrated vision as standard. Cobots are relatively inexpensive, can be utilised in a plug & produce manner, feature user-friendly programming and can be used without safety provisions. As a result, cobots can work both next to people as well as with people. Cobots are increasingly being integrated in assembly lines, for machine loading and other applications. The TM 5 cobots are the first cobots which are equipped with integrated vision as standard and as a result differentiate themselves in this market from other manufacturers. With this “Smart” function, the Techman cobots are able to recognize patterns and colors, locate objects, read barcodes, etc. This makes the Techman cobots highly suitable for the performance of precise tasks within a high-mix, low-volume environment. F.Fonseca will sell the TM5 cobots to integrators and automation companies in Portugal. For this, support facilities will be set up at the head office of F.Fonseca in Aveiro for inventory, demonstrations, (online) training and service. Techman Robot has a strong parent company and invests a large portion of its turnover in R&D. Since the introduction of the first TM cobots, the manufacturer has experienced a doubling of the annual sales of these units. Techman Robot has selected F.Fonseca as a distributor on the basis of an extensive orientation and selection process. F.Fonseca promotes in April Oil-hydraulic practice training
