Absolute non-contact encoders MAS – SICK

The MAS absolute encoders from SICK are magnetic angle sensors especially designed to be an economical solution for non-contact angle measurement and position detection. Its space-saving, two-part design consisting of a magnet and a sensor ensures high flexibility in use. The MAS measurement principle is based on the Hall effect and enables non-contact and  wear-free angle detection. This prevents faults and minimizes service work. Thanks to IO-Link, the sensor is easy to configure and can be monitored proactively via diagnostic data.
