Relay safety ReLy - SICK

The safety relays from the ReLy product family monitor safety functions and safety sensors up to Performance Level e. The ReLy portfolio is clear and concise. Each ReLy module has everything a modern safety relay needs: up to 4 contact paths for the safe switch-off of machines, quick response times for short safety distances, plug-in terminals for short maintenance times, a slim housing for more space in the control cabinet and extensive diagnosis options for quick and easy troubleshooting. The sensor type to be connected alone can determine which product is the right choice.

Reliable capacitive proximity sensors enclosed in a rectangular housing CQ - SICK

Capacitive proximity sensors can detect all types of material: powder-based, granulated, liquid, and solid – even through plastic walls.
SICK’s capacitive proximity sensors also feature high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which prevents incorrect switching.
CQ sensors, from SICK, feature rectangular housings that are suitable for all manner of installation conditions.

Reliable pipe location UT9000 - Sewerin

Easy – always – efficient

When it comes to operating and maintaining pipe and cable networks, the documentation about their location is sometimes incomplete. And it is not just in the urban environment where pipes run under streets, squares and pavements, but also under undeveloped land. Precise knowledge about the position of each pipe reduces the level of maintenance required and reliably avoids probing or excavation at the wrong site. The products available from SEWERIN (Germany) for locating pipe work offer comprehensive solutions for different situations.

Remote data center EC310 Netbiter® - HMS

Netbiter EasyConnect EC310.
The Netbiter EC310 communication gateway connects to field equipment via several connection methods: Serial RS-232/485, Modbus RTU, Modbus-TCP or EtherNet/IP.
The gateway sends data to the cloud-based Netbiter Argos data center via Ethernet communication.
On-board I/O ports on the EC310 gateway provides the option to connect sensors and additional equipment to the system.

Remote data center Netbiter EC350 - HMS

The Netbiter EC350 is the first in a new generation of Netbiter gateways. It connects to industrial machinery via Modbus (serial), Ethernet, SNMP, (EtherNet/IP, coming 2014) or I/O and sends data to the cloud-based Netbiter Argos™ data center via Ethernet or cellular communications. While previous generations of Netbiter gateways have been able to communicate via GSM/GPRS, the new Netbiter EC350 is enhanced to also communicate over 3G networks.

3G support
The 3G communication provides increased performance compared to GPRS and also increases the geographical cellular coverage as it is possible to install the gateway where 3G is the only available network. With support for 5 different 3G bands, the Netbiter EC350 is a product suitable for the global market.

Remote I/O Cube 20S – Murrelektronik

RF Identification Systems RFID RFU61x - SICK

Complete transparency with the RFU family.
Continuous and company-wide identification with a single technology is now possible for the first time. The RFU61x achieves complete transparency in production and logistics processes – from component assembly to the shipment of the end product. The foundation for this is UHF RFID technology: IIoT applications with scanning ranges of 0 to 10 m, bulk reading and resistance to interfering factors such as light, dirt and dust. A direct line of sight to the data card is also not required.

RF Identification Systems RFID RFU62x - SICK

Increasingly, global networks are replacing closed added-value chains. The goal here is to achieve best possible efficiency over the entire production and distribution path by means of gap-free data transparency. This is possible using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification), which is today defining the trends in contemporary factory and logistics automation. This is how it works: a memory chip that is identified per radio frequency is
attached to an object. The data on the chip can be output and re-written as required.

The RFU62x is a UHF RFID read/write device suitable for scanning ranges of up to 1 m. Transponder communication is compliant with the ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPC Class 1 Gen 2) standard. The device can be configured to operate from the SOPAS user interface or by sending ASCII commands directly. The well-defined, characteristic read/write range
is particularly well-suited for automatic identification over small object distances, e.g., in conveyor technique.

RF identification systems RFU63x - SICK

The RFU63x is an ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID solution for industrial environments.
Via integrated application management software, the RFU63x is able to solve common industrial applications without any external “middleware” and can, therefore, be used as a standalone solution. This is possible due to an integrated filter and data management system. With IDpro compatibility,
the RFU63x is easy and cost-efficient to integrate in common industrial environments.
Different options for parameter cloning between systems (e.g., integrated MicroSD card feature) reduce maintenance time. The integrated feedback LED can be used to read diagnostic or process feedback.

RFID identification systems RFH6xx – SICK

Radio-based RFID technologies in the HF (High Frequency) and UHF (Ultra High Frequency) ranges supplement SICK’s industrial automation portfolio.
In applications where process-relevant data is modified remotely, RFID makes it possible to store data on writable and rewritable media. And, in contrast to optical solutions, RFID provides reliable identification of all objects - despite dirt and everyday wear.

Robot horizontal type Scara – Mitsubishi Electric

Robot RV-8CRL - Mitsubishi Electric

In order to complement its range, Mitsubishi has been working in recent years on the development of Compact robots.
With this new family it’s possible to offer a more compact solution in their size, but also more economical than the standard series. Creating their derivation from the CR series, last year 2 new models were launched in the Scara version (RH) and this year, with the launch of the RV-8CRL model, the RV version is included, maintaining all the quality standards we know.

Rotating vane level monitor NIR-9 - Kobold

The NIR-9 level monitor is suitable for wide applications for bulks and solids in silos and hoppers. Regardless of humidity and conductivity of the product, the maximum or minimum level is controlled reliably.

A motor drives a rotating vane that is extended into the tank by means of a shaft. As soon as the bulk reaches the rotating vane, it’s rotation is blocked. Hereby, a microswitch is actuated, wich gives out an alarm signal and a second microswitch turns off the motor. If the filling level decreases, the rotating vane is released again and the force of a spring pulls the motor back to its original position.

RTD – F.Fonseca Temperature Sensors

Thermoresistances, also known as RTD (Resistance Temperature Detectors), are temperature sensors made of high temperature coefficient electrical resistance metals.
RTD temperature sensors are typically identified by the material of which they are constituted and by the resistance they present at 0°C. The most commonly used nominal values are Pt100, Pt500 and Pt1000. The various rated values, output characteristic dependent on temperature and tolerances are specified in DIN EN 60751.

RV-12CRL robot - Mitsubishi Electric

The Mitsubishi Electric RV-12CRL is a new, versatile industrial robot in the MELFA RV-CR series. It is a 6-axis vertical articulated robot with a 12kg payload. Its protrusionless structure minimizes possible interferences.

Safe Entry Exit security solution - Sick

Muting is now even easier.
When it comes to the protection of machines and systems in the field of pallet conveyor technology, reliable and efficient differentiation between humans and materials is indispensable for maintaining productivity. Classic systems which detect these muting functions often need a large amount of mounting space and are very vulnerable to sensor displacement due to the protruding brackets for muting sensors.
Safe Entry Exit from Sick is the TÜV-certified alternative to these safety solutions.

Safe multibeam scanners scanGrid2 – SICK

With scanGrid2, SICK is offering an economical safety solution for small, line-guided AGCs (automated guided carts): The world’s first LiDAR multibeam scanner with safe solid state technology.

Thanks to its excellent price-performance ratio, large fleets of AGCs can not only offer efficient protection up to performance level c, but can also be made more productive. scanGrid2 enables the elimination of mechanical barriers as well as higher driving speeds and heavier loads on the AGCs.
