Image-based code reader Lector83x – SICK
The Lector83x image-based code reader from SICK offers high reading performance at medium reading distances and is easy to integrate into industrial networks. The compact camera has a resolution of 3 or 5 megapixels, a large depth-of-field control, and a wide field of view. In addition to high-performance multi-core processing, dual-port fieldbus, and multiple interfaces, the compact design reduces the number of required devices and installation effort at reading stations.
Using AI-based segmentation, the camera also identifies damaged codes at conveyor speeds of up to 2.5 m/s and correctly assigns them to objects. The Lector83x can be intuitively configured using a web server and is ready for use within a few minutes – even without specialist knowledge.
 
Image-based code readers Lector85x - SICK
The Lector85x image-based code from SICK reader is designed for very high scanning performance and equally high throughput. The small camera has a resolution of up to 12 megapixels, an enormous depth of field and field of view as well as very good computing power.
 
For reading stations, this means a compact design as well as fewer devices and installation work. When combined with AI-based segmentation, the camera reliably identifies codes even at conveyor speeds of up to 3.5 m/s and correctly assigns the codes to objects. This guarantees efficient identification processes and significantly reduces manual rework. The Lector85x can be intuitively configured using a web server and is ready for use within a few minutes – without the need for specialist knowledge.

IN SITU gas analyser GM32 - Endress+Hauser
The GM32 is a In situ gas analyzer for SO2, NO, NO2, NH3, Temp., O2 (Option) 

The GM32 in-situ gas analyzer measures the reactive gases SO2, NO, NO2 and NH3 as well as pressure and temperature in the gas duct - directly, fast and without gas sampling and transport. With this your process systems work with the true values in “real time”. Thanks to self-monitoring you can rely on the measurement results at any time. And in case of a malfunction an early warning will be shown in time. For emission measurement of SO2 and NO, GM32 is tested for suitability according to the new European standard EN 15267-3.
IN SITU gas analyser GM35 - Endress+Hauser
GM 35 In situ gas analyzer for carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and water.
Either simultaneously or as individual measurements: the GM35 measures CO, CO2 and humidity concentrations as well as temperature and pressure quickly, easily and economically. Due to its in-situ measurement technology the GM35 detects the measuring values directly in the gas stream without gas sampling. Reliability, precision and short response time of the analyzer offer a key advantage for efficient control loops in all CO and CO2 generating processes.
IN SITU gas analyser GM700 - Endress+Hauser
Measurement of gaseous components under difficult conditions In-situ and extractive technology.

High reliability and precision as well as minimal response times are the distinguishing features of the GM700 Laser gas analyzer. Based on the principle of TDLS and by using specific light absorption the GM700 from Endress+Hauser is able to measure several gas components, such as NH3, HF, O2 or HCl.

The in-situ measurement is ideal for the fast determination of gas concentrations in process control and emission monitoring. 
In/Out module - ROL01 - Qbus
The ROL01 is a decentral module, suitable for switching 1 motor and contains a connector to which two potential free inputs (e.g. pushbuttons) can be connected. The module fits in a standard flush-mounted socket which guarantees easy connection with potential push-buttons and the outputs.

The relay module has 2 potential-free contacts (1 UP, 1 DOWN) which can control 1 motor of max 3,5A at 230V (cosj=1) / 30 Vdc.
 
In/Out module REL02 - Qbus
The REL02 is a decentralmodule, suitable for switching 2 circuits and contains a conector to which two potencial free inputs (e.g. push buttons) can be connected. The module fits in a standard flush-mouted socket which guarantees easy connectionwith potencial push-buttons and the outputs.

The relay module has 2 potencial-free, normally open contacts which can each connect max. 8A at 230V (cos ɸ = 1) / 30Vdc.
 
Inclination sensors TMS/TMM22 - SICK

The TMS22 (single-axis) and TMM22 (dual-axis) inclination sensors provide cost-effective, high-precision inclination measurements. The foundation for this is powerful MEMS technology, which scores points with a error tolerance of ± 0.25° and excellent repeatability.
Inclinometers - TMS/TMM61 – SICK

The TMS61 one-dimensional inclination sensor and the TMM61 two-dimensional inclination sensor are setting new standards with respect to size, flexibility, and performance. In their small, rugged plastic housings, the sensors offer excellent resolution and accuracy – what's more, this is achieved over the entire measuring range and in an extremely wide range of ambient conditions. The CANopen interface enables a whole host of device parameters to be adapted, allowing the sensor to be perfectly tailored to the application. The new PGT-12-Pro handheld programming tool from SICK makes configuration much easier. As a result, the user is ready to go in just a few clicks and can cut out the time-consuming task of configuring the sensor via the control system.
Inclinometers - TMS/TMM88 - SICK
High-precision inclination measurement for harsh ambient conditions.
The TMS88 one-dimensional inclination sensor and the TMM88 two-dimensional inclination sensor take measurements with an accuracy of up to +/- 0.02°. The inclination value is provided either via a current or voltage interface with a linearized output signal or via a standardized CANopen interface. The PGT-12-Pro handheld programming tool allows the inclination sensors to be configured with ease, tailoring them perfectly to the application.

The sensors are available in UV-resistant plastic housings and in rugged aluminum housings.
Inclinometers TMM55 - SICK
Small, light, and rugged!
The TMM55 inclination sensors are characterized by their compact design and ruggedness. As well as simple 4-hole mounting, the M12 male connector on the cable outlet also offers a great deal of flexibility when mounting the sensor mechanically. With their rugged and UV-resistant plastic housings, the inclination sensors are also ideally suited to outdoor use. The information about the inclination angle is transmitted via analog current or voltage signals. To ensure high levels of accuracy, the inclination sensors are calibrated at the factory.
Incremental encoder DBS60 - SICK

Incremental encoder DBV50 Core - SICK
Compact measuring wheel system that is highly flexible and easy to mount.
The DBV50 Core measuring wheel encoder is a measuring wheel system for measuring linear movements. It consists of the DBS50 Core incremental encoder, an aluminum measuring wheel with a 200 mm diameter and a spring-loaded arm. The maximum resolution is 0.08 mm per pulse.
 
The spring arm has a maximum spring travel of 14 mm, a maximum spring force of 20 N and features a convenient pretension setting for repeatably setting the spring pretension. A spring travel limiter protects the spring from being overloaded.
 
Incremental encoder DGS80 - SICK
The DGS80 is an incremental encoder with large hollow shaft diameters up to 42 mm. It can be used in countless industrial automation applications.
Combined with the many connection options of the DGS80, its supply voltage range of 5 V to 30 V facilitates integration into most control systems.
