Cable entry system KDL/C and KDL/D - Murrplastik

A product first: Murrplastik Systemtechnik now offers a separable cable entry for pre-assembled cables compatible with protection class IP65. 

With KDL/C and KDL/D, Murrplastik Systemtechnik (Oppenweiler) presents two new cable entry plates for ultra-durable deployment in extremely tough industrial environments. Everywhere, in fact, where high mechanical stresses, moisture, acids, lyes, alcohols, mineral oils, fuels, greases and dust make life truly difficult for any piece of plant or system component. Although KDL/C already satisfies protection class IP54, Murrplastik goes even further with the KDL/D model: protection class IP65 is now also possible as a retrofit option even for completely separable systems. Both cable entry plates can be deployed at temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +100 °C.

Cable entry system, type KDL/E+ - Murrplastik

The KDL/E+ represents the 3rd generation of Murrplastik cable entry system, being the perfection of KDL/E. During the development, are significantly improved the protection class, flexibility and stability. With the consistent expansion of sizes and accessories.

KDL/E+ is a completely splittable, stackable and stable cable entry system with high density and good strain relief for cables with connectors. 
 

Cable entry systems KDH – Murrplastik

Cable Fixation - Cable entry membranes, type KDM - Murrplastik

The Murrplastik cable entry membranes are produced of polyethylene and thermoplastic elastomer respectively EPDM. 

They are useful for electrical cables and pneumatic hoses used in control cabinets, systems and mechanical engineering. Wherever quick mounting is required with high packing density and cables must be protected, the single-cable en-tries are used.

KDM is a cable entry system for cables without connectors. The various sizes fit to metrical cut-outs from M16 to M32.

Cabos compensados – F.Fonseca

The compensated cables allow the correct connection of thermocouples and thermoresistences to the reading and control equipment.
The compensated cables are identified by the composition of the materials that constitute them. The most commonly used are type K, J, S, R, B, T and N. They can be distinguished by the color of the outer coating and F.Fonseca uses the IEC standard in the color coding of the cables that it sells. The compensated cables can be extension or compensation, according to the specific need. The outer coating may vary between the metallic braid, the PVC, the silicone, or the teflon.
F.Fonseca also provides cables for RTD's, which can be 2, 3, 4 or 6 wires. With the coating option vary between metal braid, silicone or Teflon.

Cameras with external processing - midiCam - SICK

With IP67 enclosure rating, the midiCam streaming camera family is ideally suited to use in harsh industrial environments. This is why the midiCam has an M12 GigE interface – the standard for industrial image processing – as well as industry-grade M12 connections for the voltage supply and trigger signals. As an alternative, it is also possible to operate it with just one cable measuring up to 100 m in length using Power over Ethernet (PoE).

 

Capacitive Level Limit Switch NSC - KOBOLD

The KOBOLD level monitor devices model NSC are used for the monitoring of minimum and maximum levels in silos and depots. They are working on the capacitive principle and can be supplied in two different designs. They are suitable for various installation conditions. The level monitoring device NSC-R is supplied with a rigid stainless-steel probe with a PTFE coating.
 
This model is mostly used for monitoring the maximum level. For small silos and low bulk densities the short version can also be installed on the side for controlling of the minimum level. The level monitor device NSC-C consists of a stainless-steel probe body, which is connected to the connection box by means of a steel cable coated with polypropylene.

Capacitive proximity sensors CQF - SICK

The SICK CQF capacitive level sensor detects liquids through container walls and through direct contact with the liquids. The measurement principle compensates for foam, moisture and deposits. This ensures that the CQF only detects the liquid in the container - nothing else.
 
For standard applications, the sensor is ready for operation without additional settings. For challenging applications, it can be taught-in quickly and easily using the cable. The mounting set offers different installation options, making the CQF is well-suited for countless customer applications.

Ceramic tubes and insulators - Sensor components – F.Fonseca

The ceramic tubes and insulators allow the protection and isolate the thermocouples and wires from the temperature sensors.
Ceramic tubes, from F.Fonseca, exhibit greater or lesser dynamic resistance depending on the amount of alumina used in their composition. The DIN 610 ceramic tubes contain 60% alumina in their composition and can be used at temperatures up to 1500°C. The DIN 799 ceramic tubes contain 99.7% alumina and can be used at temperatures up to 1800°C.
The DIN 799 tubes offer better shock resistance when compared to DIN 610.
In the insulators we have the same distinction of typology according to its composition. Insulators can have 1, 2 or 4 holes and their internal and external diameters are several depending on the thermocouples / wires to be used.
