The Multitec® BioControl is a combined measuring device consisting of the Multitec® BioControl fixed installation and a mobile gas measuring device, namely the Multitec® 540.

Depending on the version of Multitec® BioControl, the gas composition and volume can be automatically measured and monitored at up to eight measurement locations. The Multitec® 540 measures the values at the individual measurement locations sequentially. The values are transferred to the Multitec® BioControl via an interface.

The mobile gas measuring device must be regularly maintained to guarantee accurate measuring results. The Multitec® BioControl allows easy maintenance for the versions with four and eight measurement locations as standard, with automatic calibration and adjustment with test gas.

Everywhere, in fact, where high mechanical stresses, moisture, acids, lyes, alcohols, mineral oils, fuels, greases and dust make life truly difficult for any piece of plant or system component. Although KDL/C already satisfies protection class IP54, Murrplastik goes even further with the KDL/D model: protection class IP65 is now also possible as a retrofit option even for completely separable systems. Cable Fixation - Cable entry membranes, type KDM - Murrplastik

The Murrplastik cable entry membranes are produced of polyethylene and thermoplastic elastomer respectively EPDM. 

They are useful for electrical cables and pneumatic hoses used in control cabinets, systems and mechanical engineering. Wherever quick mounting is required with high packing density and cables must be protected, the single-cable en-tries are used.

KDM is a cable entry system for cables without connectors. The various sizes fit to metrical cut-outs from M16 to M32.

The compensated cables allow the correct connection of thermocouples and thermoresistences to the reading and control equipment.
The compensated cables are identified by the composition of the materials that constitute them. The most commonly used are type K, J, S, R, B, T and N. They can be distinguished by the color of the outer coating and F.Fonseca uses the IEC standard in the color coding of the cables that it sells. The compensated cables can be extension or compensation, according to the specific need. The outer coating may vary between the metallic braid, the PVC, the silicone, or the teflon.
F.Fonseca also provides cables for RTD's, which can be 2, 3, 4 or 6 wires. With the coating option vary between metal braid, silicone or Teflon.
