Linear positioning sensor MH-Series FLEX Safety - Temposonics

Temposonics® MH-Series FLEX Safety position sensors measure the absolute position of hydraulic cylinders in mobile applications, are extremely rugged, and use magnetostriction technology.

The innovative modular design consists of an outer housing and an electronic module, featuring Temposonics’ SMART Sensing Element (SE). It combines a patented flexible sensing element with integrated memory and allows for seamless interoperability between any SMART SE and FLEX Safety electronic module. The sensor design allows for servicing the position sensor without breaking the hydraulic seal on the cylinder. The outer housing is externally threaded into the cylinder, keeping the field-serviceable electronic module and SMART SE accessible from outside the cylinder. The SMART SE can bend around obstructions from other machine components, requiring only 200 mm of clearance for removal regardless of stroke length.

The ADT209 has an accuracy of 0.03% of reading whereas the ADT210 holds an accuracy of 0.01% of reading.
If you want to source, simulate or simply measure the Additel Loop calibrator series will fit your need. The ADT209 and ADT210 allow for measurement of current, voltage and a switch. You can also simulate or source mA or a process transmitter. With a push of a button, you can switch to zero and span values, auto ramp, and auto step throughout the range. WISE-2410, from Advantech, is a LoRaWAN wireless condition monitoring sensor integrated with an ARM Cortex-M4 processor, LoRa transceiver, 3-axis accelerometer and temperature sensor.
 
WISE-2410 uses a star network topology and features a gateway data relay function between sensors and the application server. It balances the wireless bandwidth between WISE-2410 and the gateway, so it also mitigates the data transmission fail rates between edge-devices and gateways. Battery life cycle is 2 years with IP66 enclosure.
 

Low pressure test pump ADT901A - Additel

The ADT901A is a very stable, low pressure manual test pump designed to generate pressures between -0.4 to 0.4 bar.
 
Pressure control is done by a high quality screw that allows fine adjustment with a resolution of 0.001 mbar. Its isothermal chamber is designed to reduce the possible effects of changing ambient temperatures. Most pumps use check valves (non-return valves) and are not well insulated, which causes large fluctuations in pressure with changing ambient temperatures or when touching the unit. The ADT901A does not use a check valve and is notably more stable. It comes with two quick-release connectors that make it easy to connect sensors, avoiding the use of Teflon tape or tightening wrenches.

Luminescence sensors from SICK detect visible and non-visible marks that illuminate when using ultraviolet (UV) light.

Fluorescent material and marks are reliably detected independently of their pattern, colors or surface conditions on any material. Luminescence sensors LUT from SICK emit UV light with a wave length of approximately 375 nm. Fluorescent substances convert the UV light into long-wave visible light, which is then received and evaluated by the luminescence sensor.

Magnetic cylinder sensors MZ2Q - SICK

Magnetic proximity sensor for MIS tag identification - SICK

The MIS is a magnetic-coded identification sensor that is used to identify magnetic-coded tags. The MIS is used in conjunction with magnetic-coded tags and optionally a mounting bracket from SICK. The tag number can either be output via an analog voltage, a current output or via IO-Link. The analog output is configured by default with a 16-step division so that 15 magnetic-coded tags can be differentiated.
 

Magnetic sensor for C-slot cylinders MZCG - SICK

The SICK'S MZCG magnetic cylinder sensor detects the piston position in pneumatic grippers and pneumatic miniature cylinders. Thanks to its very small design, the MZCG is particularly well-suited for the C-slots of very small pneumatic actuators such as are used in handling and assembly, robotics or the electronics industry.

No matter if you handle small, large, heavy or lightweight packages, SICK has a solution. The combination of weight and volume defines the freight costs of packages.

Dimensioning weighing scanning (DWS) systems from SICK automatically measure weight and volume of packages and identify them by reading 1D or 2D codes. They can be integrated in existing conveyor systems and work reliably at conveyor speeds up to 2.9 m/s. SICK’s DWS systems are complete Legal-for-Trade solutions with integrated Alibi storage, meeting the requirements of the OIML R129 and R51-1 regulations as well as the Measuring Instruments Directive 2004/22/EG (MID).

Measurement & Identification systems DWS Pallet - SICK

Measuring and weighing pallets and other bulky freight items.
The DWS Pallet track and trace system is a reliable solution when shipping bulky freight items such as  pallets. The system helps logistics service providers such as freight forwarders, air freight service providers, and airlines detect freight for which the declaration is too low.
 
The freight is carried to the DWS Pallet with a forklift or pallet truck. It is then placed onto platform scales. As soon as the barcode attached to the freight item is identified using hand-held scanners, the length, width, volume, and weight of the freight is determined. A webcam can also be installed in the DWS Pallet to take a photo of the freight. Next, the data is shown on the integrated display, stored in a database, and transferred via standardized interfaces. Available upon request: special versions for larger freight items or for dynamic measurement.
 
 

Measurement & Identification systems DWS Static - SICK

Measuring size and weight for all shapes.
For the complete data capture of volume, weight and bar code information of freight for the courier, express, postal and cargo industry as well as for retail and warehousing, SICK developed the new DWS Static dimensioning weighing scanning system. The DWS510 Static uses one headed VMS510 volume measurement system and DWS520 Static is it’s big brother, using the doubleheaded VMS520 volume measurement system. Therefore it can dimension also non-cuboidal objects legal for trade, which is unique on the market for static DWS systems.
 
By simply pushing the scan button of the hand-held scanner, the DWS Static measures dimensions and weight of the parcel lying on the integrated roller conveyor. This data can be used for invoicing freight charges or it can be used in ERP systems to create freight documents automatically.
The system consists of the well-known VMS520 volume measurement system, a robust static scale and a hand-held bar code scanner, which are all integrated into a rugged steel frame.
