Multi-sensor data and image processing SIM2500 - SICK

The SIM2500 from SICK is a programmable Sensor Integration Machine with a high-performance CPU architecture that supports a broad range of application solutions. It comes with numerous interfaces such as Ethernet and IO-Link that enable a wide variety of devices to be integrated. The data can be processed and visualized immediately on the shop floor and providing valuable information. Furthermore, the IoT gateway functionality allows advanced process analyzes thanks to the connection from the edge to the data floor (cloud and on-premise). It facilitates, for example, the use of 2D and 3D streaming cameras as well as certain LiDAR sensors and provides user-friendly solutions for quality control applications.
 
Specifically, the SIM2500-2AX1G10 Nova Ruler3000 QI model, supports connectivity through Ethernet, PROFINET, and EtherNet/IP. It features an 8-core ARM Cortex-A72 CPU with NEON accelerator and an FPGA co-processor for image processing, utilizing the SICK Nova software/toolkit and includes a Quality Inspection License for the Ruler3000 product. The SIM2500 offers interfaces to cloud, PLC, cameras, illumination, and various sensors. It supports real-time data capture, processing, visualization, archiving, and transmission, with applications in data management, quality control, process analysis, predictive maintenance, and image processing.

Multichannel measuring device for liquid analysis - Aquis Touch S – Jumo

The Jumo AQUIS touch S and P multichannel devices provide a central platform for displaying and further processing a wide variety of measurands in the field of liquid analysis. The devices have a modular design, feature numerous interfaces, and can therefore be adapted entirely according to the individual requirements of each operation. In addition to recording measured values, up to four independent control loops can be implemented. Important process values can also be saved in a tamper-proof manner using an integrated paperless recorder.

This series improves reading accuracy levels, including electrical accuracy of 0.015% RD + 0.005% FS, static differential pressure accuracy of 0.002% FS and overall improvements in temperature measurement accuracy. Improvements include cold junction compensation specifications on thermocouples and stabilization time.

The ADT227 is Additel's new multifunctional documentation process calibrator that takes portability, functionality and accuracy to a new level and completes the offering with a very easy-to-use color touch screen.
 
This series includes a documentating pressure calibrator (ADT227) and a documentating process calibrator with HART communication (ADT227-HART). As an option, each calibrator can come with ATEX certification (ADT227Ex) allowing calibrations to be carried out in the most demanding environments.
Being the smallest and lightest process calibrator on the market, it allows readings to be clearly visible thanks to its color LCD screen. All models guarantee IP67 with test drops from 1m high, 4G vibrations, xenon exposure and 130g steel ball drop tests on the display.

Multitec® BioControl 4/8 – Sewerin

Combined stationary measuring device with mobile gas meter.

The Multitec® BioControl is a combined measuring device consisting of the Multitec® BioControl fixed installation and a mobile gas measuring device, namely the Multitec® 540/545.

Depending on the version of Multitec® BioControl, the gas composition and volume can be automatically measured and monitored at up to eight measurement locations. The Multitec® 540/545 measures the values at the individual measurement locations sequentially. The values are transferred to the Multitec® BioControl via an interface.

The mobile gas measuring device must be regularly maintained to guarantee accurate measuring results. The Multitec® BioControl allows easy maintenance for the versions with four and eight measurement locations as standard, with automatic calibration and adjustment with test gas.

MZC1 magnetic cylinder sensor - SICK

The MZC1 magnetic cylinder sensor from SICK is the flexible solution for detecting the piston position in pneumatic actuators. The MZC1 can be mounted directly into all cylinders with standard C-slots.
 
Sick also has an extensive range of adapters which enable the MZC1 to be used with other cylinder types. The MZC1 is characterized by its simple mounting principle: Insert the sensor into the slot and rotate the fixing screw a quarter turn to fix it securely to the cylinder. The MZT8 magnetic cylinder sensor from SICK is the flexible solution for detecting the piston position in pneumatic actuators. The sensor can be inserted into cylinders very easily and, with the screw-and-washer assembly, tightened with just a quarter turn of a screwdriver or Allen key.

Transponder safety switches are used in applications where a high level of prevention against tampering is essential. The safety switch determines which actuator code to use and will not engage unless the proper actuator code is read.
